Kajiado County is a county in the former Rift Valley Province of Kenya. It has a population of 687,312 and an area of 21,292.7 square km. The county borders Nairobi and extends to the Tanzania border further south. The county capital is Kajiado but the largest town is Ngong. Its main tourist attraction is wildlife.

Having our projects situated in Emali, Kajiado County gives you many opportunities to volunteer in Kenya and make a direct contact with the Maasai community, feel what it is like to live in a Maasai Manyatta (traditional hut), intermingle with wild animals which is already used to free ranging within human habitat, learn local culture and above all, experience how a whole family can live below USD 2 (TWO !!) dollars a day.
